Jaquelyn Kastelic is the owner and head coach at CrossFit Unrivaled, part of the 2011 Team bodybuilding.com, a Optimum Nutrition Athlete since 2007 and she has appeared on the covers of Ironman, Flex and Oxygen magazines.
And also, she is absolutely gorgeous!
Jackie loves Women's Tri-Fitness challenges.
(This is probably where her love of CrossFit comes from)
To give you some idea of what one of these grueling challenges consists of....
They have a fitness event where they perform a a maximum 2-minute routine, and are judged on strength moves, flexibility, endurance, choreography and overall performance and presentation.
Then a fitness skills challenge where they do a box jump, bench press and a shuttle run.
Then they do an obstacle course that would make a Navy SEAL proud.
It consists of a 10 foot Wall, Running Grid, Incline/Decline Monkey Bars, Balance Beam, 15 foot Cargo Net, Shuttle Run, 2 Low Hurdles, Steeple chase jump over water, Sprint and Under and Over Bar.
And if all that's not good enough for you, after all that they wind up with an optional Grace and Physique round.
Who came up with this contest?
Doc Savage?
(Wonder how many people will get that reference?)
At the 2009 Tri-Fitness World Challenge, Jackie Roberts won the Grace and Physique round and came in 8th overall out of twenty women.
And in case you wondered about her mind, Jackie graduated Washington State University with a major in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Spanish.
Besides all the accolades above, she is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a Crossfit Level One Trainer and a Crossfit Kettlebell Instructor.

Jaquelyn's Paleo
I recently ran across a blog that's run by Jackie and her friend Katie about the Paleo diet.
If you don't know what that is, it's a diet that's sometimes called the caveman diet, Stone Age diet or the hunter-gatherer diet, where you eat food that was supposed to be consumed by people during the Paleolithic era.
