Lyen Wong - Female Fitness Beauties

42 year old Lyen Wong was born Milagros Lyen Wong Aseguinolaza on August 5,1980 in Matanzas, Cuba.
She is a German-Cuban fitness athlete of Spanish, African and Chinese decent.
Lyen started out as a female fitness trainer in 2003 and then moved into fitness competitions in 2005.
She is also a Personal Trainer,  certified by the American Council on Exercise.
