And some ladies train like fitness stars.
One of those ladies is Gail Kim.
Gail (in case you didn't know) is a Canadian born pro wrestler of Korean descent.
Even if the matches in pro wrestling are scripted, you have to be in phenomenal physical shape or somebody is gonna get hurt badly in the ring.
Gail started out wrestling for Indy Canadian promotions and was signed by the WWE in 2002.
She left the WWE in 2004 and went to TNA in 2005.
Then she left TNA in 2007 and went back to the WWE in 2008.
THEN she left the WWE again...and went back to TNA!
She has held both the TNA Women's Knockout Championship and the WWE Women's Championship.
Gail also appeared in an issue of Flex Magazine.
