Xin Li Cao - Asian Fitness Models

Chinese-American bodybuilder "Lili" Xin Li Cao (or Cao Xin Li) was born in Mongolia in 1981, started practicing Judo at the age of 12, switched to weightlifting at 15, and then started bodybuilding training in 1998.
Lili has competed in the 2000 General Assembly Session of the National Sports Competition, the Chinese national Bodybuilding championship, the Asian Bodybuilding Championship, the Chinese national, and Asian bodybuilding championships among others, and has won many of them.
Despite her obvious size and power, when you watch videos of this lady, she seems... cute.
I know cute isn't a word usually associated with massive bodybuilders, but she seems to have a very open and sweet disposition.
Lili is five foot two and weighs 135-140 lbs. off-season and 118-120 lbs when competing.

Cheryl Brown - Fitness Women

This is five foot three, 119 pound Cheryl Brown.
Cheryl has been a personal trainer since college, but she didn't start competing in amateur figure competitions until 2008....when she was 36.
With a year she got her IFBB Pro Card and four years later she was a six time IFBB Professional Figure Champion.
Besides competing, she is a professional nutritionist, exercise physiologist, certified trainer and fitness model.

Female Fitness Models Over 40

Most of the fitness models that I do here are young up and coming stars.
But there are some up and coming stars that aren't in the 20s.
These ladies are in their 40s (and up) and look just as good as some of the new girls.

Juju Salimeni - Female Fitness Models

Juliana Salimeni dos Santos Correia is better known as Juju Salimeni.
I figured since I did Brazilian samba dancer and fitness model, Gracyanne Barbosa over at my other fitness blog, I'd give Juju a shout out here.
She was born on September 24, 1986 in Sao Paulo , Brazil.
Juju is a fitness model, a former Panicat (a stage assistant on the Brazilian TV show "Panic in Band") and current member of the TV program "Legendary".
And the woman is extremely fit.
I swear these Brazilian fitness beauties are taking over the world.

Christina Vargas Boxing

A little bored on this Monday so why not some pictures of IFBB Bikini Pro and fitness model Christina Vargas boxing to liven things up?
Nothing boring about that at all.
But it is still kinda sad that the whole WWE thing fell through.
I would have loved to see her as a Diva.
But at five feet tall and 100 pounds, she might have been the shortest Diva ever.

This gorgeous redhead is Russian fitness star Lyolya Blokhina.
Sorry, but that is about all I know about her.
Other than that "gorgeous" thing I mentioned earlier.

I really don't like to throw the word "perfect" around a lot.
But c'mon people.
She has got to be close.

Cheryl Rosenberger - Female Fitness Models

Here we have Canadian female bodybuilder and WBFF Pro Cheryl Rosenberger.
Cheryl is a prime example of the fact that working out makes you look really good, even fully clothed.
Yes we all like to see the muscles, abs etc., but even with this little black dress on you can tell that Cheryl is definitely in shape.

This is Brazilian fitness model, model and dancer Fernanda d'Avila.
I am convinced now that they are putting something in the water down there.
Or doing some kind of genetic experiments.
Because they just keep churning out more and more gorgeous fitness models and fitness competitors.

This is Brazilian female bodybuilder and fitness model Marjorine Cardoso.
Yep..Brazilian.

I think I really am gonna have to just give up and create a Brazilian fitness blog.
They seem to be taking over.

I dont know a whole lot about Marjorine other than she lives in São Bernardo do Campo, Brazil.
But you know that old saying about a picture and a thousand words....

If I did not know better, I would swear that WBFF Pro World Champion and fitness model Andreia Brazier's abs were fake.
They look too perfect, like they were carved out of marble...or bronze as the case may be.
But nope.
They are quite real.
And she is really making me wonder if I should start a blog just for Brazilian fitness models like herself.
We seem to be getting a lot of them lately!
