Xin Li Cao - Asian Fitness Models

Chinese-American bodybuilder "Lili" Xin Li Cao (or Cao Xin Li) was born in Mongolia in 1981, started practicing Judo at the age of 12, switched to weightlifting at 15, and then started bodybuilding training in 1998.
Lili has competed in the 2000 General Assembly Session of the National Sports Competition, the Chinese national Bodybuilding championship, the Asian Bodybuilding Championship, the Chinese national, and Asian bodybuilding championships among others, and has won many of them.
Despite her obvious size and power, when you watch videos of this lady, she seems... cute.
I know cute isn't a word usually associated with massive bodybuilders, but she seems to have a very open and sweet disposition.
Lili is five foot two and weighs 135-140 lbs. off-season and 118-120 lbs when competing.

Bianca Ruiva - Brazilian Female Fitness Model

Bianca Ruiva - Brazilian Female Fitness Model

This is Brazilian fitness star Bianca Ruiva.
I could not find out much about her other than she is a fitness model and she posed with the wildly popular Eva Andressa (see below).
One description I read said, "Bianca ruiva redhead muscle brazil" and that about sums it up.

Lisa Lyon - Bodybuilding Beauties

Although Rachel McLish is usually considered the first woman to bring female bodybuilding into the main stream....there is another.
Lisa Lyon was born in Los Angeles, California on September 30th, 1954.
She won the first IFBB Women’s World Pro Bodybuilding Championship in Los Angeles on June 16th, 1979 and immediately quit competing.

That was one year before Rachel won the first Ms. Olympia.
Lisa didn't compete, but she promoted bodybuilding for women on TV talk shows and in print.
She was photographed by some of the most famous photographers of the time and was the subject of Robert Mapplethorpe's 1983 book Lady: Lisa Lyon.

Lisa also published her own book, Lisa Lyon’s Body Magic.
At her peak, Lisa was five foot four, 120 pounds and measured 37-24-35.
She could dead-lift 225 pounds, bench-press 120 pounds, and squat 265 pounds.

Little known fact: Frank Miller based the body design for the Marvel Comics character Elektra on Lisa.

Erica Cordie - Beautiful Fitness Models

Erica Cordie is an all natural bodybuilder and fitness model.
She was born on April 4th, 1980 and started out in bodybuilding competitions.
But she didn't like the way that staying in contest shape made her feel, so she sought her own path.
Showing how good she is at resisting temptation and moderation, she owns a doughnut shop.
But you could never tell that from her pictures.

Most of the fitness models that I do here are young up and coming stars.
But there are some up and coming stars that aren't in the 20s.
These ladies are in their 40s (and up) and look just as good as some of the new girls.

Other than she won Open at the 2012 NPC Oklahoma City Grand Prix Women's Physique and several pictures, that's all I know about her.

Here is a lady that you may be seeing a lot of in the future.
She's Kira Forster, a 27 year old, five foot seven 130 pound fitness model and fitness competitor from Canada.
Why do I think she will get popular?
Well Kira is also a female wrestler who's ring name is Taya Valkyrie.
And "Taya Valkyrie" has just been signed to a WWE contract.
So that means that down the road, she could be one of the next big Divas.

Kira started out as a ballerina and started fitness after dancing.

Victoria Kirsanova - Female Fitness Models

Fitness model and NPC Bikini competitor Victoria Kirsanova has a background that separates her from a lot of the other fitness models here.
Victoria grew up in a circus family.
Thanks to this, she got to tour Europe, Russia, China and the United States.
Currently this five foot six, 123 pound fitness beauty is living in Los Angeles.
Besides modeling, she is also a Horse Trainer.
Victoria has several competitions under her belt.
And quite a few first place wins....

Leah Walczak - Fitness model and Personal Trainer

This is fitness model and ACSM certified personal trainer Leah Walczak.
Leah was born on February 20th, 1990 in Northbridge, Massachusetts and currently lives in Worcester.
Before getting into fitness, Leah did Track and Field/Cross Country at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.

She's five foot eight and weighs 130 pounds.
I haven't seen anything to indicate that Leah competes, but you know, I think she should.
Besides being incredibly fit, I think she has some of the most gorgeous brown eyes I have ever seen!

Betsy McNally Harris - IFBB Fitness Pro

When most people first see a picture of IFBB Fitness pro, ISSA certified sports nutritionist and personal trainer Betsy McNally Harris, the first thing that usually crosses their minds is "Killer legs!



And I don't think anyone can argue with that.
Betsy is the daughter of retired NFL offensive line coach, Jim McNally and before fitness, she spent twelve years as a competitive gymnast.
Betsy is one of those women that can go from lean (as in the picture above) to bulked up and still look amazing.
